30HP Vibrating Screen work on the mechanism of a common sieve. When some materials are put in the sieve and it is vibrated, the materials bigger in size then the sieve holes are retained and the remaining gets released through the sieve holes. Vibrating screens are made up of 2-3 different surfaces each surface having different size of holes but uniform holes on a single surface.
